Chase Gardiner is an Edmonton-based cinematographer with over 15 years of experience in both documentary and narrative filmmaking. Known for his visual versatility and commitment to storytelling, he brings a fresh, intentional look to each project by blending techniques across styles and genres. As founder of Edmonton Production Rentals (EPR), he plays a key role in supporting Alberta’s film industry. Chase is a board member of the Edmonton Short Film Festival (ESFF) and Shredmonton Inline, and an Associate Member of the Canadian Society of Cinematographers (CSC), where he contributes to the Education Committee. A certified Wilderness First Responder and Instructor, he also draws creative inspiration from his outdoor pursuits, which shape his grounded and cinematic visual approach.
